Free Church Workout

This free workout class would be 60 minutes in length and would be outside. The workout would only consist of dumbbells and a yoga mat. Each participating member would have to bring there own equipment. We would do a 5-10 minute warm up that consist of bodyweight movements and that would benefit mobility, flexibility, and would be great to help with injury prevention. After the warm up, the initial workout would for 45 minutes and will consist of multiple workout stations. The stations will have beginner, intermediate, and advance workouts. Each workout station will consist of certain repetitions and once a participate completes the required reps per station will advance to the next station until all stations are complete. After the completion of all stations each person done will have a cool down to complete if time allows.
